Professionally, I'm a bit of a chameleon--analytics to creative -- I can comfortably handle various tasks and projects. However, my background is rooted in media and marketing.
As a former account executive, news director, producer, and on-air talent, my partner list includes retail, non-profit, and celebrity clients. Early on, I gained agency experience as part of the national print marketing team for fast food giants Pizza Hut and Popeye's. With an eye for design and attention to client care, I continued to work on numerous promotions and projects--leading to my most recent role as a Special Events Project Manager for Powerhouse Marketing. I've headed up events for Studio Movie Grill, Main Event Entertainment, and Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity.
I'm honored to have begun my career under the tutelage of megastar Steve Harvey. Consequently, I've garnered a great portion of my marketing and media experience by taking on multiple roles in the broadcasting industry. Most notably, as executive producer for the legendary Doug Banks Show, I served our team daily--merging broadcasting, advertising, experiential and integrated marketing--to produce the #1 radio show for over eight consecutive years!
I have a passion for building businesses and growing talent. I shine behind the scenes, yet I'm extremely comfortable in leadership. I currently reside near Dallas, TX with my husband, where we also own and operate a small beef processing plant, specializing in craft jerky. I also continue to head up a non-profit organization for parents of premature babies (Preemie Mommies), founded in honor of my son.
